Instances in Studio
The Instances section in Pragmatic Studio is where all data records from the forms created in the Forms section are stored. Here, users can access the complete list of form instances, as well as perform actions such as creating new instances, filtering existing ones, and switching between different viewing modes.
Components
Instance List
In this section, users can view all data records from previously created forms. Each instance is presented in a clear and organized manner, making it easy to identify and select the desired instance for viewing or editing.
Search Filters
Users can use search filters to find specific form instances. They can filter instances by form and/or form instance ID, allowing them to quickly locate the desired records.
Creating a New Instance
To create a new instance, users simply need to click the blue “+” button in the interface. This will open an intuitive interface that guides them through the process of creating a new form instance.
Viewing Modes
Pragmatic Studio offers different viewing modes for form instances:
- Read-Only: Allows viewing instance information without modifications.
- Edit: Allows editing form instance information as needed.
- Review: Allows adding annotations or comments to form instances for review or collaboration.
